The complexity of the outfit and or character you wish to have made.
"If the character is very complex and difficult to make, and I do not have the models, and texture pallets to make such character,
I will ask you to give me a more simple character reference to base the PAC3 outfit off."

Characters other than Anthros I CAN NOT DO! My Talent is Anthro's and feral ponies, like the show, MLP/My Little Pony, or what I have provided to view on my gallery! 4 legs or two-legged ponies, or sometimes wolf/cat based characters with muzzles not human and or anime faces. ^~^

Complications such as below items.
Loss of the file, and or miss placement of the outfit,/txt file,

Struggle in creating fallowing items,
Model/Model's, Texture/Texture's, Animation/Animation's, Proxy/Proxies, and sometimes may also vary in the character/character's Design, complexity.
To be sure you get a PAC3 if you really do wish for one, then please! give a ref of the OC, that is very detailed, in telling how the character looks, and several images from any view, so I can see the character from as mean angles as I can get, would help the creation of your outfit.

If I do not have the model/Model's I need to make your PAC3 outfit, I will ask for a simpler character and look around on your character folder/gallery for an OC that I know I can make, and or think I can make, so then you can still get something. instead of feeling put down and unable to get a custom PAC3 outfit, ^~^
